Unless local pick up has been arranged, all vans are to be collected from our operational base in Oswestry. We have secure parking for your vehicle whilst you are in our campers, though we hold no responsibility for any damages, loss etc.

We take a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost, on our online system via PayPal to secure your booking, the remaining balance is payable on the day you collect the camper.
- Standard pick up times are from 1:00pm on the day of rental, and drop off time is at 11:00am on the day of return(this allows us to valet the van between customers.) We do endevour to make our vans available for pick up as early as possible, and drop off as late as possible, where circumstances allow)
- Durring peak seasons we restrict our bookings to a minimum of 3 days due to the valeting requirement.

Unfortunately we our charged up to 5% transaction fee for payments via Credit Cards, so we have to pass this on to our customers. For payments via Debit Card there is no payment processing charge

Long-term hire of our campers can be arranged upon request at a discounted rate, please contact us directly for more information.

Additonal items such as awnings, bedding, etc are subject to availability, if you have paid for an additional service that is not available on the day, you will be refunded in full.

All drivers must be between 25 & 75 years old, holding a valid UK or EU driving license for at least two years, with no more that six penalty points. Younger drivers (21+) are eligible to hire our vans, special terms apply*.

A £250 security deposit is required on the day of hire, and will be held for the duration of hire. The deposit will be returned in full on return of the vehicle, providing it is on time, undamaged, with a clean interior, and all equipment intact & in place.

If there is any physical damage to the van, including any loss of equipment, tyre damage, scratches/dents/body damage, we reserve the right to use your security deposit, towards covering these repairs.

Exterior Excess; This covers everything outside the van, the pop top roof included, as well as large scratches, dents, cracked/damaged lights, alloys, bumpers etc. This excess covers at fault, and non fault damage, whilst the vehicle is under the drivers care. Statutory excess is £1000.

A damage waiver is optional and available for all vans, at an extra cost of £10 per day, this reduces the excess from £1000 to £250 – this is to be paid on the day of collection. This excess covers at fault and non fault damages. If a third party becomes liable, the excess may be refunded at a later date.

Gas Policy; A full bottle of gas is supplied, for full week rentals only. Mid-week and Weekend rentals, have the option to purchase a gas supply (optional extra at checkout page) or alternatively cost of gas used will be taken from deposit after return of van.

Fuel Policy; All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel at the start of hire. We ask you return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is not, there will be a charge of £1.70 per litre..
